You missed the boat. If it were possible to download a folder as a Unable to download file from drive, nobody would be downlod. This is a bug, a regression. I wanted to clarify that OneDrive personal works fine on another Windows 7 computer located in my home. I can both sync files as well perform all the actions including downloading files from my web account of OneDrive.
